in the festive mood(swing)

everyone, except me, is counting dwn to chirstmas or rather some advanced a little faster, 2009 countdown. i think i'm the only one still counting down to payday? which won't be until the 5th nxt year. come to think of it, it's even after my sister's sch first day at sch. i'm impatient and i want payday to come faster be it shortening the kids' holiday, or miss chirstmas. anw, no money equals to no chirtmas. so, wtf.

can i say i had a fruitful happy weekend?

Friday 19th: bused dwn town after work. my initial plan was to buy the gift-exchange gift. yes, i ended up walking ard, buying nth related to the theme ):

bumped into ben, ivan, jon, ph at Kpool. nice seeing them again :D
'wow' for the day, ivan improved tremendously at billard. i'm saying tremendously.


Saturday 20th: watched The Day The Earth Stood Still with chiaaaa and jolyn. 老娘从头到尾都看不出那电影有任何暴点. i felt so cheated by the verdicts those movie critics gave. the start was boring, the middle was mundane and ending was disappointing. i regretted so much for nt choosing Nick and Norah's Inifinite Playlist over it.
personally, i would have watched it online rather than giving my money to the box office for such highly-rated-yet-so-mundane-show.

ran for the pathetic last train back to hougang. i think i'm noticing the trend of me rushing for the last train or bus on every friday and saturday recently. which makes me feel so retard and aunty. wad to do? cash strapped ma ):


Sunday 21st: only 7hrs of slp, my annoying cousin woke me up for MacRitchie Reservoir walk afterwhich, come back for badminton session. TSK! i think the older she gets, the more weird stupid cranky ideas she got.

shopped for grocceris and i cooked lunch for us all. for me, my annoying cousin and her cranky brother. heh.

rotted, did housework. kenneth pick us up for our usual MOS dinner at Compass Pnt. bought my shoe bag ((:
