as much as i've googled the meaning of COMMITMENT and CONTRACT, it doesn't make a single sense to me now.
commitment:
A pledge to do.
Something pledged, especially an engagement by contract involving financial obligation.
The state of being bound emotionally or intellectually to a course of action or to another person or persons.
contract:
1. an agreement between two or more parties for the doing or not doing of something specified.
2. an agreement enforceable by law.
3. the written form of such an agreement.
4. the division of law dealing with contracts.
pardon me if my english is bad or sth, but i reckon that signing for a contract doesn't state that i'm obliged to tolerate whatever effing shit occurs during working hours.
put urself in my shoes for instance, sitting infront of a computer 8.5hrs for 5 days a week is really shit. i've tried asking ard if there's anything that requires my help, normally they are either too lazy to get me, or they think that i'm stupid and the job is too difficult for me to handle.
going to and fro two offices is totally not stated in my contract either. it's not only tiring, it makes me more difficult to tell the pple at the other office whether i'm in or not (tho it doesn't make any difference, but yah..) cos apparently my boss is expecting me to tell the whole lot that i'm not going in that particular day and it's always last min arranged that i have to go over.
being tied dwn for a year as a temp staff, try and see if u like it.
为何我要做到十全十美, 但明明知道结果并没有回报. i dunno siol~ i don't even get half of the benefits that the perm staff does but i'm required to put in as much effort and have equivalent commitment lvl as them.
basically there's no diff? jus that perms will regard u as 'don't-need-to-do-work-but-oso-get-paid staff' and u're taken for granted even after helping them kio thier shits like disgusting filings etc, etc. they don't like it, they push it to u, dai ji liao liao they will blame u. or when they pass u something and after that u decide to leave cos u see no future or advancement, some time later some follow ups is required on the particular job, temp staff is someone to curse and swear at when they need to do the EXTRA job. 他们也不想想看是谁在帮他们kio他们的垃圾 please. temps are jus merely there to help speed up the work efficiency when there's a vaccancy. the job is still belongs to the perm staffs at the end of the day.

Tuesday 6th: thnks to pearlie and her much close to prfessional advises, i got pretty much loot after a few hrs at town.
i'm close to getting all my full CNY outfits. i'm short of a belt, a pair of heels, a bag and probably a clutch? i'm a lazy person so, i'm still considering the gold stud clutch and the chunky heels :O
i think i shall use my ang bao money on more tops. my tops are very limited, 穿得出门的也没几件了. it's pretty tough job digging out tops to match my skirts and jeans. casual yet presentable tees cannot be spotted in my wardrobe anymore )):
did i mention that pearlie and diamondie are much like long lost twins nwadays? as in not appearance wise, there's no twin whereby one is prettaye and the other is fugly :\ alike as in, we speak at almost the same time the same words. we stick tog like almost everyday for more than a week nw?

pearlie is so nice, she made american style breakfast for me. her scramble eggs are so Big Breakfast style and i loveeee it! (:
after much nua-ing, we finally settled dwn to zeng our phones. yes, we both got the same phone and the same colour of blings. and i love my blingy ice-cream phone very much please.
the zeng-ing is addictive. once u start, u won't stop. predicting that we might need more variety of blings, we decided to stop zeng-ing and headed to JP for some dinner groccery shopping and more wu eh bu ehs for our phones.
the zeng-ing was such a addiction that we started to zeng our earpiece with the left over pearlies, goldies and random blings.
aiseh man, for two noobs, i think we did a marvellous job. all i can say is i'm proud of pearlie and myself ((:
